The Four Beauties of Ancient China were four ancient Chinese women, renowned for their beauty. They gained their reputation from the influence over kings and emperors, impacting Chinese History. Diaochan, one of the Four Beauties of Ancient China was said to be so lovely that the moon itself would shy away in embarrassment when compared to her face.
She was instrumental in a plan by Interior Minister Wang Yun to turn the great warrior Lu Bu and the tyrannical warlord Dong Zhuo against each other, charming both with her feminine wiles while telling each that she is being terrorized by the other, until Lu Bu finally kills Dong Zhuo in outrage.
