Due to the folk superstitions that tell the stories of spirits inhabiting treetops, Kadomatsu has thus been perceived as the medium that receives the Wakatoshi. Perhaps it is due to her backgrounds that makes her very hospitable to others, and it is said that whoever receives her warm hospitability will be able to spend the rest of the year in a blissful mindset. But because of her tremendous popularity, her reception is now only available through a strict reservation system and apparently one has to wait for 15 years in the line...
